Shipping Information
United States
It takes 2-3 business days to process your order before we can ship it. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
For customers shipping to the United States, all orders under $100 (after all discounts have been applied) are subject to shipping charges.
Shipping is free on orders over $100 (after discounts). Ground shipping within the contiguous United States takes 2-7 days. Delivery times to Alaska and Hawaii are longer. This is to be expected.
We offer expedited shipping at checkout. Please note that expedited shipping is effective from the time the order is shipped, which is after our standard order processing time.
We ship via USPS/UPS/DHL/OnTrac/Amazon. We are not responsible for any delays caused by USPS/UPS/DHL/OnTrac.
If you experience any issues with your shipment, please contact the carrier. In most cases, Arrowine is unable to provide additional information or changes once the shipment has left our facility.
Arrowine is not responsible for any lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

Arrowine offers worldwide shipping for customers outside the United States, with prices varying by country.
We offer FedEx International shipping for international customers. We do not profit from shipping fees. Our shipping rates are very conservative, and in many cases, they are lower than the actual shipping cost of the product. Shipping is not our business.
Due to international customs fees, import taxes, and shipping costs, we are unable to offer a "free shipping" option for international customers.
Our international shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight of your order.
All packages shipped via FedEx International typically arrive within 5-14 business days. However, due to customs delays, shipping may take 10-20 business days. This is very rare, but it is a possibility.
If you experience any problems with your delivery, please contact the shipping carrier. In most cases, Arrowine is unable to provide any additional information or changes once a shipment has left our facility.

Shipping Information
Duties and Fees
Most countries impose customs duties and import taxes on goods shipped from abroad (this is not uncommon). These duties and import taxes are beyond our control and may, in rare cases, cause your package to be delayed. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds or further accommodations for customers who have paid customs duties or import taxes.
If you are unable or unwilling to pay the customs duties, your package will be returned to us, and you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
We will refund your order once we receive it back and return it to us.
